Bob Ternes, Director of Client Delivery
In his role at Applied Frameworks, Bob works with clients to match the right combination of expertise and methodology to the challenge at hand. Whether a situation calls for a tailored implementation of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban or another framework, Bob is eager to find the best fit — an do amazing things.
Bob has supported Agile initiatives in dozens of organizations, with notable examples at Travelers, MasterCard, Deere, FedEx, United Health Group, and several groups in the US Government.
Background & Credentials
Prior to joining Applied Frameworks, Bob worked at Rally (now CA Technologies), Scaled Agile, and AgileFire. While at Scaled Agile, Bob advised on the inception of the SAFe Implementation Roadmap and spoke at multiple SAFe Summits. He also led the creation of the SAFe Enterprise Subscription.
Bob has held the following certifications: Certified SAFe Program Consultant®, SAFe Agilist®, SAFe Scrum Master®, SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master®, and Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner®.
