Holly Nielsen, Consultant
As a Consultant with Applied Frameworks, Holly draws on her considerable expertise in Scrum and Kanban to advise clients on their Agile transformations efforts. Since starting her Agile journey more than a decade ago, Holly has coached more than 45 teams on their transition to Agile Scrum and/or Kanban.
Before joining the firm, Holly was a Senior Scrum Master and “Team of Teams” Scrum Master at Cisco. Earlier in her 20+ year technology career, she was a Scrum Master and Agile educator at several other organizations, including UHG and Red Hat.
Background & Credentials
Holly is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) and a SAFe Program Consultant. She also holds a Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification from Kanban University that covers both Kanban System Design and Kanban Systems Improvement. Holly holds a BA in Political Science/Religious Studies from Arizona State University.
