Rachele Maurer, Principal Consultant
Rachele is a Principal Consultant with a passion for creating authentic, fun, and transformative coaching experiences. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), she works with individuals, teams and organizations to help them thrive.
Prior to joining Applied Frameworks, Rachele coached teams and leaders in the defense, aerospace, automotive and finance industries. She has held various Agile roles throughout her career.
Background & Credentials
Rachele brings two decades of software project management to her coaching, which helps her understand the challenges organizations face as they embrace Agility. Rachele has experience in many areas, including regulated industries in the finance and government sectors.
In addition to her certification in Co-Active Coaching, Rachele holds certifications as a SAFe Program Consultant, a Scrum@Scale Practitioner, a Scrum Product Owner, and ScrumMaster.
