Applied Frameworks Team Training is a Scrum Alliance® approved, on-line, on-demand coaching and mentoring certification program designed for businesses seeking a practical and economical way to advance the skills of their Agile practitioners in the areas of coaching, leadership, facilitation, collaboration, product management, product leadership and Agile knowledge.

Team Training is a blended, continuing education program with a duration of twelve to fourteen weeks. Each month, participants are expected to complete four to five on-line, on-demand modules and attend two, ninety-minute, live, virtual classroom coaching session lead by a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST).
